Tom is a fantastic lawyer. I went through a case with him for close to three years and he won for me. He listened and cared. When I found out I had cancer he would ask when we talked on the phone about how I was doing. For such a big law firm and for my lawyer to be there in so many more ways than just trying a case was wonderful. The team is fantastic. They always are available. They answer every call and make sure you always know where you are with your case. 10/10 recommend. Don’t go anywhere else. They’ll fight for you.

They’re sooo nice. I am really scared of talking to lawyers but these guys treat you like family and don’t charge you anything. They do contingency work which means you don’t pay anything out of your pocket. When they win your case, you win and they win so from the start, their goals are aligned with yours. Other law firms charge hourly and just try to rack up time to bill you. Not here. They’re the best! Call them for any problem. Even non-work related, they’ll help you out. I think they’ve been around for a super long time so no wonder they know what they’re doing 🙂

While searching for employment attorney I was told by other law firms to do my case evaluation with them, over the phone, or to explain my case via email. But my experience with Rastegar Law Group was very different. My appointment was scheduled promptly by their friendly staff, and my case evaluation was done by attorney Rastegar “in person”. During our meet Mr. Rastegar was courteous and easy to talk to. Although this attorney did not take my case, he went above and beyond to help me. Attorney Rastegar evaluated my case in detail. He explained to me everything I needed to know, and action I need to take. He even pulled out a file from his file cabinet to show me the format of particular document, as to how my document needs to prepared, and what writings needs to be included in it. It is attorney like Mr. Rastegar that makes the difference in this legal world.
