Chloe L. Rastegar

Chloe Leila Rastegar is an employment attorney at Rastegar Law Group, where she represents employees in matters involving workplace discrimination, harassment, and labor violations. Her practice focuses on discrimination claims, with a particular emphasis on pregnancy discrimination and sexual harassment. Chloe is committed to holding employers accountable and protecting employees during some of the most vulnerable periods of their professional lives.

Chloe earned her Juris Doctor from USC Gould School of Law, where she also received a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution. She consistently earned high honors in constitutional law, employment-related coursework, mediation, and negotiation courses. While in law school, she served as President of the Gould Dispute Resolution Society and was an active member of the Mediation Clinic, further sharpening her skills in client advocacy and strategic resolution.

Before joining Rastegar Law Group, Chloe gained experience at a range of public interest and private organizations, including Bet Tzedek Legal Services’ Employment Rights Project, where she assisted workers with wage-and-hour violations, as well as a prominent law firm in Century City. She has also worked with the ACLU of Southern California, advocating on behalf of vulnerable individuals, including veteran migrants facing deportation.

Chloe brings a client-centered, detail-oriented, and compassionate approach to every case. She is particularly passionate about representing women who have been marginalized or silenced in the workplace and ensuring her clients feel heard, informed, and empowered throughout the legal process.

She received her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from the University of Southern California, earning a 4.0 GPA.
